Vendarity is supplier document management software for businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. It collects certificates, insurance documents and other supplier evidence through a private upload page, helps your team review each document field by field, and tracks expiry and renewal dates with a complete history of every decision. Optional AI reads a document when a reviewer asks and proposes its key details with page citations; a person confirms every field, and only your team can accept a document or approve a supplier.

How we build
Four rules we do not bend.
Show the source
Every suggestion points to the page it came from, or says it found nothing. If we cannot show where a value came from, we do not show the value.
Say what is not done
We publish our limits, from data location to the features that are not live yet. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
Keep the record
Documents and decisions are versioned, never silently overwritten, so you can explain any past decision with what was known at the time.
