A clear basis for using Vendarity.

Vendarity is operated by Oceanx Consulting Pty Ltd, ABN 67 615 055 368. The service is currently available for private evaluation. Paid subscriptions are not yet available. These evaluation conditions will be supplemented by reviewed commercial terms before live customer onboarding.

What the service does

Vendarity helps businesses request supplier documents, review evidence, track expiry dates and keep a record of decisions. It does not certify compliance, provide legal advice, verify insurance coverage or guarantee an audit result. Your organization remains responsible for its requirements, review decisions and appropriate follow-up with suppliers.

Accounts and authorized use

Use accurate account details, protect your sign-in credentials and only act for an organization you are authorized to represent. Give team members the access they need and remove access when it is no longer appropriate. Suppliers and auditors may use only the records made available to them. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass another workspace’s permissions.

Documents and ownership

You retain your rights in the information you supply and must have permission to submit and share it. We process that information to provide the service and its authorized features. Do not upload malware, unlawful material, payment-card details, medical records or government identity documents. During evaluation, use fictional business records and keep your own source copies.

Planned subscriptions and payment methods

The published plans are Core at US$129 per month and Growth at US$249 per month, excluding applicable tax. Each workspace has its own subscription and limits. The 7-day application trial does not require a card and does not automatically create a paid subscription. You must expressly choose a plan and complete checkout when purchasing becomes available.

Eligible purchases are intended to use Stripe Managed Payments, subject to activation and approval. The checkout and billing documents will identify the actual merchant of record. Stripe may display Link as the seller and provide transaction support. The checkout shows available payment methods and the total before you pay. Card-provider currency conversion or fees are separate from Vendarity’s USD price.

Renewals, cancellation and refunds

Once enabled, paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Authorized workspace Owners and Admins will be able to manage billing through the application. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period; it does not itself request a refund. Transaction and refund requests for Managed Payments purchases follow Stripe’s applicable terms and support process. Oceanx remains responsible for product support.

Nothing in these conditions excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Contact us about a service problem; no blanket “no refunds” policy applies.

Availability and records

Evaluation features can change and may be interrupted. No uptime or recovery service level is offered for this evaluation. Keep source records independently and do not rely on the service for an urgent legal or safety decision. Read the privacy notice for the planned retention and closure schedule and its current implementation limits.

During evaluation, contact the person who invited you. Our contact page explains the current support arrangements. We will publish revised terms and their effective date before commercial use; the applicable price and billing terms must be shown before a purchase is confirmed.
